At Stack and Zap Permanent Jewelry, we are very proud to honor the following agreement for your appointment and future appointments.

If your permanent jewelry piece has any issues at the place a Stack and Zap technician welds your jewelry (at the jump ring or welded joint), we will re-weld it for free within 30 days of your service. You will need to make an appointment, by emailing or messaging us on our social media platforms, and send us a photo.

In the event that your permanent jewelry piece is needed to be removed due to a medical emergency, MRI, or surgery. We will re-weld it back on for free as long as you have it removed at the jump ring or welded joint and bring the piece back in. You will need to make an appointment for this re-weld.

We guarantee our weld for 30 days. This means if your chain breaks at the weld site you email us or message us on our social media platforms to schedule re-weld free of charge. Please include a photo of your piece. You MUST bring your chain with you, a new one will not be provided. Although the jewelry material we use are durable they are not indestructible. Please use care and caution. The daintier the chain the more fragile it is. ALL sales are final once the chain has been cut. 

If your permanent jewelry piece is broken, snagged, damaged, stretched, or falls off at ANY point other than the jump ring or welded joint that we completed 30 days after your appointment, there will be a re-weld fee of $15, if it is fixable. This means, you need to bring in ALL of the pieces that were detached so that we can attempt to re-weld and fix it for you and then reattach it. If it is deemed that your piece may not be fixed due to the damage, we will not be able to re-weld it for you, and you will have the option to purchase a new piece at the time of your appointment. Absolutely no refunds, free replacements, or discounts will be given for lost, stolen, damaged, stretched, or snagged pieces.
